I gather that the AD9963 datasheet may contain errors and needs a revision. When will the new data sheet be available?

After reading few posts I understand that the AD9963 data sheet needs a big revision.  When will the new data sheet be made available. 

We are using this part in our new design and would not like to reinvent the wheel, wasting time debugging errors in the data sheet.
